You will never be charged any fees and you are in no way obligated to continue participating once you begin
How do you keep up with my claims?
The group number we have assigned you or your company is linked in our computer system to you
Do I have to use a different ID number for each customer?
No, we like to use the same 10-digit number for each patient so we don't have to think about it
Is patient data sold? Is my data sold?
Unlike other discount providers we NEVER sell patient data OR your information
Does using this violate anti-kick-back laws?
The anti kickback statute only applies to Medicare and Medicaid billing. The card does not allow split billing for Medicare or Medicaid patients. As long as you use the card as intended for uninsured/under-insured patients or without split billing to Medicare/Medicaid the program is in full compliance with CMS policies and laws.
Can I get printed cards shipped to me?
We no longer offer printed cards due to excessive costs and low utilization rates. You may print out the PDF version of the card we send you or we can have them shipped directly from the printing company for our cost
